Artists: welcome!
kukutana is always happy and curious to receive works of contemporary sub-Saharan African artists for its online-gallery. Be it paintings, drawings, prints, or photography. We look for ingenuity and creativity, for expression and aesthetics. Please contact us by telling a bit and showing some images of your work. We strive to fairly respond in due time: [email protected].
Please feel free to submit your artworks for curation via [email protected]
kukutana is not exclusive, meaning that artists are welcome to work and sell with other galleries as well. kukutana is not profit oriented.
Statement by artist Delroy Tenthani from South Africa:
"kukutana has been a great experience, the communication with Ulrich Wuensch has been consistent and he is always looking to maximize the reach of your works through the website. You can truly tell he is a genuine person. The website has been a great way to link African artists like myself with international buyers and I believe that it gives a chance to put African artists on a fantastic platform."
How to cooperate & work with kukutana?
Being the curator and mediator between artist and buyer, kukutana creates a step-by-step transparent and fair process for all involved to deal with the curation, with display, with information, with marketing, and last but not least with the sale and purchase of a work of art. There is a minimal fee, to be paid by the buyer.
